- I commit to buying only Canadian-made products this week.
- I commit to dining only at Canadian-owned restaurants this week.
- I commit to volunteering at least 10 hours at a local charity or startup company this month.
- I commit to organizing a neighborhood event to bring people together this month.
- I commit to attending one local cultural or Indigenous event this month.
- I commit to reading a book about Canadian history or culture this month.
- I commit to preparing all my meals at home with Canadian ingredients this week.
- I commit to writing a letter to my MP about how I would like them to secure Canada's sovereignty and prosperity.
- I commit to mentoring a young Canadian in my field of expertise this month.

Make a Commitment
- Message "eh" via SMS to +1 647 560 9919 (or WhatsApp: +16474904903 - faster)
- Register: Follow chatbot prompts (i.e. message "C" to continue)
- Offer to make a Commitment: Message "O" (Alternatively, message "T" to refresh the menu and use the web app via the link provided where you will find the OFFER form in the "Actions" tab)
- To Whom: Message "N" to specify the mobile number of the person/organization to whom you want make your commitment offer
- Committed to Canada Badge: Message "1" to select the COMMITTED TO CANADA (one at a time) badge
- Specify Commitment: Message the number of your commitment from the list
- Completion Date: Enter the date when you expect to complete your commitment
- Send Commitment: Message "1" to send your offer and wait to receive a message that it has been accepted (that's when it becomes a commitment)
- Request Badge: When you are done, request a badge by messaging "R" and when prompted enter an Explanation of what you did to keep your promise.

- Issue Badge: When you receive a request for a badge review the Explanation provided to determine whether to issue the badge and message the number for the desired action (1. Issue; 2. Request clarification; 3. Reject)
